A: If you're purchasing for Black Friday, please be advised processing and shipping will be up to December 15th to ship out the last order. We willl be working hard to get all wigs out in a timely manner. Some orders will ship sooner. If you can’t wait for your order, please do not order!!!!! There are no refunds or exchanges unless there are defects in your wig because of the company.No refunds will be given under any circumstance, however if you feel there is a legitimate problem with your unit on our part please send an email Maneofenvy@gmail.com for a damage assessment.
Email must be sent within 2 days of receiving the unit. If our team assesses a problem on our behalf you will return the unit for repair(s) within 4 days of receiving the unit.
Repairs take approximately 10 business days depending on the extent of the damage

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR WIG PROCESSING TIME(weekends and holidays not included) Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. 

 

  • Processing/Production time for (custom units)units requiring customization (ie. coloring, bleaching, tweezing, etc.) can take 7-14 business days. 
  • WHEN CHECKING OUT WITH SEZZLE PROCESSING IS 8-16 Business days 
  •  Mane Envy has numerous new & current clients that we create custom wigs for. Please keep in mind we receive orders on a daily basis & there are other individuals that are ordering our products the same time as you. Please allow an ample amount of time for us to process and complete your order.
  •  Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at maneofenvy@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 10-15 days processing for returns.
