Frequently Asked Questions
What are your processing times? Custom units require 15 business days to craft before shipping. Ready-to-ship units are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Please allow up to 48 hours for payment verification before your order enters production or fulfillment.
How do you ship orders? We ship via UPS Priority Mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Do you offer returns or exchanges? All sales are final. Due to the nature of our luxury wig products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my unit arrives damaged? If you believe your unit arrived with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
How long do repairs take? Approved repair requests are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the unit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the unit in for repair.
Are custom units refundable? No. All custom units are made to order and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
