1. Refund/Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
At Mane Envy Collection, all sales are final. Due to the luxury and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damage Assessment If you receive your unit and believe there is a manufacturing defect or damage, you must contact us within 2–3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. Please email us with photos and a description of the issue so we can assess the damage.
Repairs If a repair is approved following our damage assessment, please allow 10 business days for the repair to be completed once the unit is received by us. Shipping costs associated with sending the unit back for repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Units Custom units are made specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
