Order Processing All payments are processed within 48 hours of order placement. Please ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid delays.

Custom Units Custom wig orders require 15 business days of production time before shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Ready-to-Ship Units In-stock, ready-to-ship units are processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Carrier We ship via UPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by location and are in addition to processing times.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available for customers in the Pearl, MS area or surrounding area. Pickup details will be provided after your order is placed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
