PROCESSING/SHIPPING
Processing/Production time for (custom units)units requiring customization (ie. coloring, bleaching, tweezing, etc.) can take 10-14 business(weekends and holidays not included)
Wigs are shipped via UPS Priority mail and take approx. 1-4 business days to receive after processing. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped.
No refunds will be given under any circumstance, however if you feel there is a legitimate problem with your unit on our part please send an email Maneofenvy@gmail.com for a damage assessment.
Email must be sent within 3 days of receiving the unit. If our team assesses a problem on our behalf you will return the unit for repair(s) within 4 days of receiving the unit.
Repairs take approximately 10 business days depending on the extent of the damage
